Here is a simple yet elegant recipe “chocolate covered strawberries” that is perfect for entertaining friends or for a romantic dinner with your lover for Valentine’s day.
Here are the ingredients needed for this recipe:
500 g of chocolate milk cut into pieces.
2 tablespoons of butter
500 g strawberries with the leaves if possible
The preparation method is as followed:
1. Clean strawberries. Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie. Hold strawberries by their tails and dip them in chocolate.
2. Place strawberries on wax paper. Let cool at least 45 minutes before serving.
You can add a special and original twist to the recipe by sprinkling the strawberries with white chocolate.
