The wrong way:

It is very unhealthy to attempt to lose a lot of weight in a very short period or to exercise intensively.

The right way:

Let us be honest our bodies like slow changes in terms of eating habits and exercise routines. Here is a simple example to illustrate my point, someone who did not practice any sports for years does not have the capacity to suddenly run several miles a day therefore physical activities should be increased slowly and gradually.The same goes for a person who was a heavy eater,he will have great difficulties if he suddenly starts starving himself.
So how do you lose weight? Well start with a little physical activity such as walking ,going to the park ,anything that can be beneficial if done daily is perfect.
Monitor your diet with a constant supply of fruits,vegetable and lots of water not soda,not wine,not funny artificial tasting waters with loads of calories but plain old water.
